(corner lot) complainant says this is possibly over occupied but Carol just did the cycle on this and says it is the tenant's girlfriends staying over. Mr Hanna says the best time to see problem is in early morning and after fresh snow.

The sidewalk in front of St. Charles Church always has debris such as dirt, and broken glass. They never clear the sidewalk during the winters. She also complained about a dead bird on the sidewalk. Engineering already has removed it. Please contact Ms. Meserve.
