Trash and recycling on the sidewalk. The 400 block of S. Lincoln, and 2nd St. and Lincoln Street is still covered with snow and ice.
Mr. Price reports he has had 5 rats since neighbors have developed a habit of leaving trash on their back porch. There are 10 32-gal. black bags of trash on the back porch (can't see from the alley without getting out of the car); recycling on the front porch; snow and ice covered sidewalks.
Called Martin/Taken care of. Crew threw trash can over snow bank into yard. Elderly couple cannot retrieve cans. CF
Requests that the snow in the alley behind his house be plowed; from Smith to Second St.
Bloomington Transit is pushing snow from there lot into the street.
Gold Casters at 2nd & Washington have snow covered sidewalk. Keneth Kinney says this is absolutely unacceptable.
Resident has not removed snow and ice from the sidewalk.
The tenants at 612 S. Park leave their trash cans out on the sidewalk longer than allowed by ordinance. Also, there is trash/debris in the alleyway and in the yard of 606 S. Park Avenue. The caller thought that the landlord should be notified of the tenant's behavior.
Large dead evergreen tree full of vines falling into sidewalk from commercial property at or near 109 E. Allen which faces Mrs. Geiger's front yard. (John Hewett will drive by and check 7/18/00).
