Can someone from the city comment on what private property owners can do with scooters abandoned, left, or staged on their property? Calls to the scooter companies to have these moved are not often met with a prompt response.

I'm trying to combine five separate complaints into one, as they are similar in nature (improperly parked scooters on sidewalks) and they're likely to forwarded to the legal department anyway. So I figured I would batch them up. I think each of the five photos show a scooter that should cause the city to cite and fine the company under city code. If they're not cited and fined, I would like an explanation within a reasonable time why they're not being cited and fined. Bloomington resident Sam Melchior (dsamuelm375@gmail.com) contacted me through an email message the following concern: " I would still appreciate a further response as the scooter and ebike problem continues to worsen. I have added ebikes due to the increased use of them on the Bloomington Rail Trail and the increased size and speed of these vehicles.
