1203 s Lincoln. Overgrown weeds blocking sidewalk. Elderly lady on mobility scooter unable to get past as well as other pedestrians without going into the street. But those is wheelchair unable to get back onto sidewalk over curb.
Scooter in middle of pedestrian/bike trail at underpass 7th street and the bypass. It’s been there for a few days. Generally there are scooters in the middle of this trail regularly.
Scooter parked in Winslow development near my house at 2227 S Bent Tree Drive. Has been there for 2 to 3 days.
I'm trying to combine five separate complaints into one, as they are similar in nature (improperly parked scooters on sidewalks) and they're likely to forwarded to the legal department anyway. So I figured I would batch them up. I think each of the five photos show a scooter that should cause the city to cite and fine the company under city code. If they're not cited and fined, I would like an explanation within a reasonable time why they're not being cited and fined. For the past three days, I have observed an abandoned rental e-scooter along the east side of the High Street sidewalk north of Arden and the Moores Creek stop light. It is on the north side of the hill about halfway between Arden and Morores Creek.
