Sidewalk Snow Removal

301 W 2nd ST

Case Date:
2/13/2021

I'm giving the City a $50 citation. It's been more than 24 hours since the snow stopped and the B-Line Trail along the 2nd Street Kroger is snow covered. Unacceptable. This is not the only part of the trail like this. Great work. With more snow and continued cold weather, the problem won't just go away. Grab a shovel, let's go.

Case Date:

Please enforce snow removal rules in downtown area. Lots of areas not in compliance on Saturday afternoon, four days after snow stopped. The worse I saw today was at 4th and College, on south side of limestone company and in front of WFHB. Thanks.

These tenants never put back their trash and recycling bins. The sidewalk is narrow and the road busy. I sometimes have to take my dog into busy 3rd St. to get around the bins. Problem is at 411 3rd St. and has been an ongoing problem.
