Sidewalk Snow Removal:

Other: I'm giving the City a $50 citation. It's been more than 24 hours since the snow stopped and the B-Line Trail along the 2nd Street Kroger is snow covered. Unacceptable. This is not the only part of the trail like this. Great work. With more snow and continued cold weather, the problem won't just go away. Grab a shovel, let's go.

In the event of a violation, the neighborhood compliance officer will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) to the property owners via first class mail and by placing a copy of the notice of violation on the property.
