City of Bloomington, Indiana

Biking & Walking:

Other: As a pedestrian commuter on the B-Libe, I experience daily near misses with the electronic motorcycles that are going over 30mph, screaming "get the fuck out of my way" and popping wheelies while nearly hitting me, manual cyclists, pedestrians, children, and people in wheelchairs and assisted mobility devices. Picture above is from this morning as the children began to pop a wheelie while standing on the bike seat. I am aware of many such complaints. You need to do something before someone is seriously injured or killed as has happened in other cities.
