Shrubbery along boundary between properties - 715 E. 11th (IU-owned) and 723 E. 11th (private) - has grown so much that it is blocking the sidewalk. It is not obvious which of the two properties is responsible for the trimming, but it looks closer to 715.

Tree on property is growing out across sidewalk at a height well below 8 feet, impeding pedestrian access.
Two trees are down in this area due to storm. Neighborhood residents removed trees from street and most of tree from sidewalk. Some of the trees have been cut into manageable pieces and are piled in yards. Some pieces weren’t able to be cut before dark.
The person at this house has had two snow plows stored on the street since winter. The one plow is fairly wide and it is a hazard with the cars parked on the other side of the road.
I put in a uReport for a block street but I think that was a wrong category choice. That was #176656. Now I would like to know if people are able to buy permits for parking their plows on the street? Storm water is running off sidewalk along Rogers and into house. Mr. Greene wants a crub to keep water out of house.
The citizen at 416 W. 11th Street uses the parking lot behind his building. His access is a East/West alley off of Rogers Street. There is an evergreen tree that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of this alley trying to go South on Rogers Street. You have to pull partially into the northbound lane on Rogers to see around the tree. The tree also impedes pedestrian traffic along the sidewalk. The tree is behind the sidewalk. Refered by Lee Huss
