Today I've decided to complain about an issue I started regularly noticing months ago. Whoever is now collecting trash &/or recycling on our street, S. Eagleson Av, in the section between 2nd and Sheridon, is routinely dumping the recepticals on their sides on the ground whereever convenient. (See photo) This morning they left my neighor's on the ground blocking the entry way to our common driveway. When I came to move it, I realized they had also broken the lid. Then as I drove south on S.Eagleson, I saw that this was done all the way to Sheridan, where I assume the truck turned. At least half the bins were on their sides, some in the street. I took four photos the whole way, as well as two of my neigbor's receptical- Unfortunately your portal only allows a single photo, but I have all the others. Please address this situation. There is no reason the recepticals can't be placed upright, but at least they should be neither broken nor left on their sides in the street, on a sidewalk or in the entrance to a driveway. Another mailbox was hit on Allendale Dr. in Sherwood Oaks neighborhood near the corner of Allendale and Dunstan. This is the 2nd time this mailbox has been hit by a distracted driver in the last month. I live on the corner of Allendale and Dunstan and have witnessed countless drivers fly through the stop sign. This is also a city bus stop as well as my child's school bus stop. I am now in fear of letting my children use the sidewalk to walk to the little library, the park, and friend's homes. We shouldn't have to worry about this in our neighborhood. Many kids, adults, and pets use these sidewalks every day and shouldn't feel scared or worried that they are in danger. My neighbors dog was hit and killed last year at this 4 way stop. Let's do something before another pet or person gets hurt.

Large sections of the sidewalk at the N.E. intersection of S.College Mall Rd and E. Moores Pike is covered in soil and not usable after it rains, multiple mud pits force pedestrians on to soggy muddy grass. Very challenging for humans in wheelchairs or strollers. Also, brush has blocked sidewalk in areas.
