Homeless individuals are urinating through the fence line onto our property, multiple times a day. This morning, as I came into my office and opened my blinds, an individual exposed himself by taking off his pants to urinate. They are littering trash all over and throwing clothing items over the fence. Their animals are also running around off-leash, sometimes even barking at pedestrians on the B-Line, occasionally chasing after them.

Mr. Malone called the Public Works Office to report that his recycling was not picked up, he stated that there was not a notice left. Jason went to this address and found that there was a notice left, he piicked it up any way. Jason wanted this on file. R.H.

This apartment complex does nothing about abandoned cars. There's several around the complex that have been sat for years, including directly in front of the management office. Several are leaking oil, fuel, and other contaminants into waterways.

Courtesy Pick up. Resident called in and YELLED at me because he was missed, 950 went back and they said it had to be late set out, because they got the one across the street and his next door neighbor. Res said we should have an emergency plan since we have the Christmas tree pickup going on, and we were short handed, was going to call the Mayor's office, I gave him the # to the OOTM. I told him it would be today or by Thurs. We got today.

"Dear Mr. Hamilton, As my council representative has been ineffective and unsuccessful in dealing with this problem, I am calling on your office for help. For over two years the resident of 1316 South Palmer Avenue has been running a used car lot at his house. There are usually no less than six cars parked in front of his house and across the street from his house at any one time. At least one or two usually have no plates. In addition, his yard is a total mess. He doesn't care about the trash that accumulates in it. If this were a problem in Elm Heights, it would have been taken care of in one day. I understand that one can sell a car from one's property, but this man needs to find a lot that is zoned for selling multiple used cars, and move his business to that place. Please help in moving this used car lot from our street. It is an eye sore and it brings down my property value. Person came to office with complaint of overgrown lots, most of them being vacant. She stated Cathcart, Renwick, an Hathaway all have overgrowth. She specifically stated one of the lots in on the corner of Cathcart and Hathaway.

We are the 1556 S. Andrew Circle, Bloomington residents. This dead tree belongs to the City and it happened to be located right in front of our house. It really hurts our neighborhood’s green environment. We are encouraged to notify the City in order to remove or replace this Dead Tree ASAP. We tried several calls within the last three weeks, but no one really knows where we need to report. Finally we were asked to contact Mr. LEE from your forest department. But He neither answer our phone call nor response to our messages. We are very upset with Lee’s irresponsible attitude. If this is not his responsibility, he needs to call us and let us know who will be the right person to call. His ignorance to residents’s request is not acceptable. We are forced to write this email and hope City will pay attention to it. There is no too small things can be ignored if City really takes its responsibility. Hope to hear from you soon. There is a massive pot hole in my apartment complex. I am unsure if you are the authority to have this repaired or if my leasing office has to make the request - but the hole causes damage on people's cars!
