Our front north sidewalk floods every time it rains. It washes away the mulch in my flowerbeds and causes the sidewalk to be muddy and a trip hazard.

Our tenants are having trouble seeing to the left of the stop sign @ Eastgate LN & SR 46. There's quite a bit of overgrowth on that sidewalk area limiting the visibility.
Concrete retaining wall has broken apart and fallen into and is currently blocking the sidewalk. This has been like this for a while now.
Sewage spewed out of pvc near sidewalk.
Weeds growing out and covering sidewalk on NW corner of property (Lincoln and alley intersection.)
Griffin Realty "For Sale" sign has been placed in the City right-of-way in front of this house. Company has been contacted about the issue, but they have hitherto arrogantly dismissed the situation. Sign should be located on south side of sidewalk on the actual property being offered for sale, not in the City right-of-way that makes the sign visible for several blocks.
from Kinser Pike to 624 W Parrish Road the trees and bushes have grown out over the sidewalk so it is hard to walk along there (the sidewalk in on the N side of Parrish Road.
Bushes and vines hanging over the sidewalk along Parrish Road and you can't get under them in places or see oncoming traffic
We don’t have any crosswalks for several blocks in either direction, and there are many families with young children who live in the immediate vicinity. We have a lot of traffic coming north off the bridge that are driving way too fast, and it’s extremely dangerous to cross the street here. With talk of adding curbs and repairing the sidewalk at my property, 1107 N Madison, I suggest putting a crosswalk over Madison st, on the south side of 15th. (Photo above). I regularly witness vehicles, both emergency workers and civilians, driving so fast that It is incredible dangerous to cross the street, even for an adult. A bump up crosswalk, like is being Installed on the new 17th/vernal pike, would go a long way towards slowing vehicles down and making them more aware of their surroundings. Even without a bump out sidewalk, a marked crosswalk is absolutely needed. Please respond to talk more about it!
On Thursday, 5/7, at approximately 3:15 PM, a white SUV was parked on the sidewalk (blocking it) just south of the railroad tracks and just north of 14th street, on the west side of College Ave (approximately 910 N. College Ave. according to Google Maps). There was no one in the car and its flashers were not on. I assume the vehicle was associated with the apartment building currently under construction on that stretch of street between 14th and the railroad tracks. The vehicle's license plate was BRL182.
