This has been the view from my office the past two days. Scooters scattered everywhere inhibiting pedestrians and a complete eyesore to Btown.
To: Office of the Mayor These scooters (see image) are parked in spaces where my residents need to park for several days now. I already moved them closer to the street several times. This location does not have a walkway (307 19th Street), they should not be parked in private property. I called the police, but they have suggested to open a complaint in your office. Original complaint #530, mayor's office asked for update 10/10/1996. Change in paving 2 or 3 years ago caused drainage problem at her home.

CUSTOMER CONTACTED MAYOR'S OFFICE ON 5/2/97 TO COMPLAIN ABOUT SEWER GAS PROBLEM IN HIS AREA FOR 3 YEARS - NOTHING HELPS. (PER MIKE FARMER, JUVENILE CTR. PRIVATE LIFT STN. IS PART OF PROBLEM AS WELL AS ILLEGAL CONNECTIONS. STEVE GLASGOW WILL SET MTG. WITH STATE NEXT AND OFFER SOLUTIONS FOR THEM TO PURSUE.
