SCOTT PATE CALLED AND TALKED TO CUSTOMER SERV. DEPT. SEVERAL TIMES. HE WANTED TO PROTEST LARGE BILL FOR HIS RESIDENCE. HE STATES THAT HE LIVES ALONE AND FEELS THAT THE WATER USAGE FOR 1 MONTH IS TOO LARGE AND THAT HE CANNOT FIND A LEAK.
MR. PATE CALLED ON 2/24/97 AND SAID THAT HE JUST NOW DRANK A GLASS OF WATER AND IT HAD BLACK FLECKS IN IT. HE IS NOT SURE HOW LONG IT HAS BEEN THAT WAY BUT IS SURE HE IS "PROBABLY GOING TO DIE FROM DRINKING WATER."
7/22/98 - 10:15am sg received a call from Mr. Marion Jackson requesting that CBU also provide him bottled water (like Mrs Polly on lot #9) since they share a common meter. SG advised Mr Marion we would do that until we get test results back this week even though SG was advised they did not have a taste problem when SG was there last time. Mr Marion advised that they do have a taste in the water.
Jackie Sutton talked to Customer Service Dept. on 7/21/98 and complained that her water had tasted like gas for 3 months. She stated that someone from CBU told her not to drink the water and that CBU furnished her with bottled water. She further states that she is out of water and wants CBU to furnish her more. She would like her water tested.
Customer called on 6/24/98 and talked to Craig Abbott in the lab at Dillman. She stated that her water had a "gasoline" like odor. She further stated that a new "gas line" had recently been installed but that it was for a city gas hook-up and should not have been a problem. On followup visit by SG, customer advised again that problem began when a repair was made to the Indiana Gas feed line on South side of the residence. Property is owned by Claudia Green 824-7521.
Uncovered water line that has a "kink" in and would like someone to come check it out.
Customer does not feel her water bill could be $68.76 for 1 month. She would like her account reviewed by USB Subcommittee.
Resident called in complaining that her trash wasn't taken but the stickers were. SW spoke with resident and advised that trash was not taken because it was severely overweight. SW offered one courtesy pickup for resident but would not do it again. DF picked trash up stating that the can was almost full with water in addition to the trash and had to be drained of water prior to being moved.
