Hsiung Marler Can you please explain why there are still power lines hanging down within reach of the sidewalk in front on the entrance to switchyard park on Rogers street! This was posted months ago. How long does it take to call the power company/city workers to take care of this dangerous and serious problem????? Seems several post alude to the city not taking care of problems or taking way to long to respond to issues!

I have walked the trail at Latimer Woods at least once a day for the last 4 years. Thanks for providing us with a dirt trail through the woods. Last fall, I believe employees of Parks and Rec. raked the leaves off the trail after they all fell in November. While this may have seemed like a good idea, the trail became treacherous after a rain, freeze/thaw, or snow. Please leave the leaves on the trail. They provide traction, and help prevent erosion. I live in Cambridge Square Apartments which is a non-smoking complex. Residents must leave the property to smoke. Those that do cross the sidewalk and throw their cigarette butts into the street where they eventually wash into the street drain and ultimately to waterways and the ocean. I have asked management here to place receptacles at the edge of the property to avoid this. They have refused. Please provide a receptacle for these smokers to use. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
