Sidewalk Snow Removal

Case Date:
12/17/2016

After the snowfall a few days ago, our leasing office did not come clean our sidewalks at 729 E. Hunter Avenue. Because of this, the snow has melted and refrozen into an invisible sheet of ice over the red brick sidewalk. This morning as I left my home, I slipped and fell very hard on the sidewalk and bruised my hip. I'm now dealing with pain in my back and hips. My emergency maintenance man has basically blown me off even after stating that I had fallen and gotten hurt, so I am reporting Jeanne Walters Real Estate.

Potholes, Other Street Repair

Case Date:
1/27/2017

In front of our home, 2301 E Arden Dr, there is fairly significant erosion taking place along the edge of the road. I know it's hard on the snow plows and it's just crumbling and could use a fresh layer of tar. If you all could please add that to the repair list, I haven't noticed a lot of trouble elsewhere on the street, but we are on a corner, at the bottom of an incline, and near a water drain. I would really appreciate it. Thank you!!!

A portion of the sidewalk on Azalea Lane is unusable by pedestrians because of excessive growth of trees and weeds. The sidewalk on the other side (at Summit Point) is usable, although some of the tree branches are very low, causing people to have to duck to walk under them.
