Sub has child, needs cable, feels TCI should honor arrangement agreed to, let her pay $60 now & reconnect her asap.

Like many others in my neighborhood, I have had items stolen from my (unlocked) car this summer. In particular an empty Ray Ban sunglasses case, and a cheap GSP system ($100). I noticed the items were missing about July 7.
