Now more trash in the yard and it is blowing into the neighbors yard.

trash on sidewalk, been there for a month, an oppossum and a rat, not together, have been seen coming from the pile

The bushes are growing out into the sidewalk and into the alley. A man and small child going down the sidewalk had to walk in the street to get by. Also when trying to pull from the alley you have to pull out into Rogers to see if traffic is coming.
