Paid for base coat of asphalt for parking lot and alley. After talking to Ted Rhinehart and Tom Goldman, Ms. Hohimer believed City would put top coat of asphalt on alley and parking lot. Now they find they are in Code violtation and have tried to reach Pat Bookwalter.

RESIDENT STATES THAT THEY ARE STILL RECEIVING BAD SERVICE FROM TCI. THE UPPER CHANNELS ARE NOT CLEAR. HE HAS COMPLAINED TO TCI, WHO STATED THAT THE PROBLEM IS IN HIS HOUSE.
