I explained that last week was actually his yard waste week and that we would only be picking yard waste up every other week at this time. Courtesy Pick up. resident called in said crew drove by we radioed crew (948) they informed us they were told by Shelby to not stop or talk to resident. Shelby heard us on radio and went to this address had crew come back and they cleaned up the area. Per Shelby there will be No More courtesy pick ups for this address.
