Subscriber is supposed to receive cable guide with his service. Has not been getting it and was told by TCI that they could not mail it to a PO Box, so they would credit him $1 per month. The credit has now stopped also. Wants to know why TCI can't send the guide to a PO Box and how they plan to remedy the problem since he is paying for the guide.

Joe's restauraunt has trash problems and grease is leaking into the trailer ct. Meters are too close to back door of trailer and the gas co. won't do anything about it.
