Tall weeds and grass unsightly. Unsightly dirty furniture in public view. Window screens scattered around yard. Weeds growing on roof. The rental residence appears to be abandoned.
The Utilities Dept. received a complaint that the grass has not been mowed. He believes that it is the City's responsibility.
There are approx. 10-12 bags of trash (untagged) piled up, becoming an extreme eyesore.
Citizen reportes that at 510 S Lincoln the residents have several trash cans setting along side the house that is never put out for pick up and the cans are overflowing. Grass has not been cut, especially in the back yard. Ms. Clark said that the house has been vacant for approx. 6 weeks.

Tenants leave recycling bins out all the time. Neighbor pulled the recycling bins out of the street. Property very unkept.
