Received letter from Ms. Moran to complain about bill of $126.16. She feels that this it too high and sent check for $40.00 in payment. Check was given to Cust. Rel. to post as partial payment.
Other/Other: When recycling was picked up something was broken. It's now all over the drive & some in the street.
Last Wednesday, cover of her brown, wheeled can was run over and will not fit over the can anymore. Doesn't know who ran over it, but says Sanit. crews always throw her can and lid in the street and wants us to do something about it.

resident reported we broke his trash can in November 2005. Larry replaced trash can. Resident phone in on 1/16/06 stating we broke his trash can yet again. Larry replaced on 1/16/06.
