Resident called in to say the crew had busted the handle on her trash can. Looked like a foot had been put through trash can. She said crew is violent. She had worked for a trash service before and understood the frustation. Shelby talked with resident and everything was ok.

This resident CAME to Sanitation said he could not afford to buy a new can, he would just use trash bags, but was worried about animals getting in trash. He called later said he bought a new can and could we please pick up tomorrow. I told him if not tomorrow by 2:30, it would be Thursday by 2:30.
