They just want an understanding with who ever placed it there that permission needs given. This happens about once a year for the last three years.

She primarily called to complain about a large amount of weeds at 1001 E. 1st, and also weeds in the surrounding area that she thinks need to be removed. (No other specific addresses were given.)

Ms. Figg said that 614 N. Summit (vacant lot) is owned by the City??? and has overgrown grass and trees. Tree limbs are falling into the neighbors yards. She also said that there are snakes at this location. (Barry you should check with Penny about who owns this lot)
