MR. HAMBURGER CALLED TO SAY THAT THERE WAS A SMALL "4" PLATE IN ONE OF OUR CUTS ON UNIVERSITY STREET BETWEEN 1ST AND 2ND STREETS THAT WAS FLIPPED OVER.
