Apartments at 820 E. Hillside allow parking in the ROW. This is causing a line of sight problem. It is dangerous to pull out. Also, there is a drainage problem on the far west side of the property.
Trash in yard, mattress, boxes, part of this on 310 N. Dunn front yard. Also, possible construction w/o permit.

706 and 708 N. Washington St. are leaving trash out apparently w/out stickers. Enormous pile of brush. Junk laying around in street and in yard and sidewalks. If trash is picked up, they leave trash cans out all week.
also the NW corner of Park and 2nd. Trash and paper all over the yard. There are many neighbors in this area who try very hard to keep their houses and yards nice and then to have these eye sores is just TOOOOOOOO much.
Large pile of brush at Thornton and Henderson. Also, east of Henderson on Thornton, someone has piled brush in a ditch line.
