I have been contacted about 2 outstanding parking tickets. I have spoken with the collection agency to inform them that those tickets were paid and I gave them the confirmation number that the tickets were never delinquent. The person I spoke with didn't update their system with the confirmation numbers in order to follow up with you (on March 21, 2012) and they called me again today. pot-holes on west kirkwood (1 block east of morrison appliance store). i don't know the names of cross streets, because some street signs are missing around there, so that's another issue (to replace street signs). thanks

A young police officer stopped my husband and I last night in front of Convention Center on S. College to tell us our license plate was expired. He could not have been more polite. Apparently, there is a mistake on our license plate sticker which we were unaware of and our registration showed the correct date of June. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name. Thank you to the officer!!
