Mr. Baird reports that J-Max trash service empties the dumpster at 16th and Walnut improperly and trash is scattered all over the road and in front of his house. Air Quality Travel has the dumpster. Mr. Baird would like to be contacted with status of his complaint since this is an ongoing problem with J-Max.
Trash strewn up and down alley has been this way for months.
Bluebird is tossing ice and beer bottles behind their place in the parking lot. Behind Jeannie Walters real estate people can't even use the parking lots.
Mr. Price reports he has had 5 rats since neighbors have developed a habit of leaving trash on their back porch. There are 10 32-gal. black bags of trash on the back porch (can't see from the alley without getting out of the car); recycling on the front porch; snow and ice covered sidewalks.

Gutters falling off place is completely trashed, greenhouse overgrown, on corner across from church.
Corner of Park and 8th house on corner has trash, cups, cookies, and rubbish all over the yard. The owner suspects they have dumped trash on his tenants yards.
There was previously 6-8 bags of trash in the back of this property. The City went out to check on the previous complaint and the tenants had put all of the trash in back of their pickup truck. After the inspector left the property the tenants put the trash in the yard again and added three more bags.
Pile of trash and grass is high at 2945-2955 Pinewood Ln.
