Ms. Lucas called and stated that she cannot gain access to her apartment safely because Elkins Property is not maintaining the walkways. She has notified Elkins and was told to call the City and file a complaint.
Mr. Faber called to complain about the many sections of sidewalks that have not been touched at all. The S/E Corner of Grant & Lincoln across from the Library. On Madison Street between 13th & 17th Streets. Anthing that can be done would be appreciated.
Citizen called and stated that a dumpster in the alley off 10th Street between 9th & 10th Streets is over flowing and trash is scattered about the alley.
The porch is piled with trash.
APPROXIMATELY 20 BAGS OF TRASH (COVERED WITH SNOW); FURNITURE AND A POOL. (POOL HAS BEEN THERE OVER A YEAR)
CALLER STATES THERE IS A LARGE (NOW FROZEN) PILE OF TRASH BETWEEN THIS HOUSE AND 803 S WASHINGTON. NOT SURE WHOSE TRASH IT IS BUT WOULD LIKE IT ADDRESSED.

A COMMERCIAL TRASH BIN IS SITTING BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK AND STREET. THE HOUSE IS 625 S. FESS BUT FACES UNIVERSITY STREET. PLEASE CALL MR. FISHMAN WITH INFO.
Ms. Lucas has informed Elkins Properties that the sidewalks to her apartment are not being maintained so she can get in and out of her apartment. Elkins suggested that she call the City and file a complaint against them.
