PUTTING EMPTY DRUMS OF SOLVENT & /OR OIL NEAR THE DUMPSTER..THESE ARE HAZ MAT TYPES OF MATERIALS. SHE HAS ALSO FOUND MICE IN SOME OF THEIR CONTAINERS.
