E ATWATER AVE

After Dunn St changes to Atwater, Atwater curves sharply until it crosses Indiana. Trees & foliage make it impossible for pedestrians to see cars until theyre upon them. The 25mph speed limit is rarely enforced. Suggests: Signs warning drivers to drive slowly, and/or blinking yellow light at intersection, and/or increased enforcement of speed limit.

Also, she noted there are electrical wires & telephone lines that the branches "knock" into, presenting a hazard to herself & others in area. She just wants the branches cut on her side, b/c she's elderly and needs to park car on drive for safety & ease. *(SPOKE TO JUSTIN WYKOFF, WHO'LL LOOK INTO THIS - AK )
