Phone Call: After Dunn St changes to Atwater, Atwater curves sharply until it crosses Indiana. Trees & foliage make it impossible for pedestrians to see cars until theyre upon them. The 25mph speed limit is rarely enforced. Suggests: Signs warning drivers to drive slowly, and/or blinking yellow light at intersection, and/or increased enforcement of speed limit.
