Email: After Dunn St changes to Atwater, Atwater curves sharply until it crosses Indiana. Trees & foliage make it impossible for pedestrians to see cars until theyre upon them. The 25mph speed limit is rarely enforced. Suggests: Signs warning drivers to drive slowly, and/or blinking yellow light at intersection, and/or increased enforcement of speed limit.
I looked at the trees and foliage and do not see a problem (branches are trimmed up high enough that they are not obstructing vision). This is an enforcement issue. There is no signing I can place that will convince people to slow down.
