This home continues to use oversized containers and often fails to sticker trash. The trash is placed down in a ditch which makes it hard to service.

Trash behind "stone mansion" causing rat infestation. Also restaurant across alley uses inadequate trash containers; rats frolic in them. Rats burrow under alley pavement, road racers screaming for revenge, rat fraternizing, cows in blazers, tiki lamps flicker in the evening breeze. Sound of distant surf is an auditory hallucination. My mom used to eat crackers dunked in milk.

resident @ this address phoned in that someone dumped trash in front of his townhouse. he does not know who dumped it there; says whoever it is is doing it all over complex. thanks. (was written up for not being tagged)

BACK PORCH HAS 20 BAGS OF TRASH ON IT. THE ONES ON THE BOTTOM HAVE HAD ANIMALS IN THEM.
