Phone Call: Trash behind "stone mansion" causing rat infestation. Also restaurant across alley uses inadequate trash containers; rats frolic in them. Rats burrow under alley pavement, road racers screaming for revenge, rat fraternizing, cows in blazers, tiki lamps flicker in the evening breeze. Sound of distant surf is an auditory hallucination. My mom used to eat crackers dunked in milk.
