has trash piled up by house. was not picked up on 1/12 due to no tags, overweight. resident phoned in stating we did not pick it up; attempted to do courtesy pickup but there is now more trash and it is piled up next to the house.
recycles not sorted; is also in white trash bags. recycle crews have given brochures and info on how to properly recycle. trash crew wrote it up for no tags but was actually recycle and not trash
