The empty lot to the East of 420 W. 2nd Street has trees/bushes overhanging onto the sidewalk. The trees/bushes are so overgrown they completely block this portion of sidewalk causing people to walk in the tree plot.

Fireworks Temp use has off premise sign advising this is not allowed on Thursday sign was gone on friday. sign reinsalled on weekend and weekday eveings along with new sign.
