Caller is concerned about potential gang activity at Mills Pool. She has heard that there are problems there and wants the problem addressed. Evidently the gangs are claiming the east and west ends of the pool and she is concerned about her son's safety.
Auditorium, when in use, has East exits blocked during performances.

Grass is way too high. Also there is an abandoned vehicle in the east yard and junk on the front porch. Please call complaintent with update.
AT THE CORNER OF 16TH AND WOODBURN THERE IS A VACANT HOUSE THAT IS ALL BOARDED UP. THE BACK YARD IS BEING USED AS A DUMP SITE. AND THE GRASS IS HIGH.
