Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers): Request
Phone Call: Joyce Poling, Monroe Co. Commissioner, called on 5/20/98 to inquire about sewer discharges in homes in the Rusgan & Ramble area. Caller was referred to Mike Bengtson.

Ms. Poling (who did not give her address) was referred to Mike Bengtson since he is Asst. Dir.-Engineering. Mr. Bengtson talked to her and is to call Melanie Hart who is complaining about the sewer discharges. Mike Bengtson talked to both Joyce Poling and Melanie Hart (206 Rusgan). Mr. Bengtson explained the situation to both ladies. Mr. Bengtson also sent literature to Joyce Poling re. homeowners who experience sewer backups when it rains. The list indicated two valves that might be helpful where there is a possibility of a backup. Mr. Bengtson informed Ms. Poling that CBU would be happy to work with a plumber to make sure the valves are installed correctly.
