Call was referred to Scott Dompke and Bill Bardes for action. Per Scott Dompke - there are activities at the wastewater plants that create odors. It is unavoidable. The events normally last for a day or less. Wind direction and atmospheric conditions dictate the extent to which the odor impacts the area. It is unlikely EPA will be interested in an odor complaint rom a wastewater plant.
