Trash left out and bags broken . House on the corner of Dixie and Rogers
owner of 803 W. 5th St. is putting construction debris in the 6' westside drainage canal
Vacant house has animals: snakes, opposums, and other critters living there. Now the animals are starting to come into his house.
EMPTY HOUSE WITH JUNK AND TRASH AROUND HOUSE.
Neighbors continue throwing trash into 1125 yard. He will pick it up weekly, now there is a beer keg thrown into his yard.
The Street marker sign installed by the developer at Franklin Business Park is too small. By MUTCD standards, it should be 8" instead of 5". Also, Stop signs and One-Way signage in accordance with MUTCD standards is required along Fairfield Drive.
Realtor signs-at intersections. "For Sale". Address is unknown, it's just general for Moss Creek Village.

The speed limit sign, going southbound on N. Hinkle Road, just north of the Lake is posted at 25 mph. A traffic study needs to be done in the area for this sign to stay. Don thinks that the speed should stay reduced due to the alignment.
