Called OOTM after speaking to Public Works. Had a number of complaints about the city phone system, the county phone system and the post office. Continued to ask questions but was not satisfied with any of the information I gave her. Finally hung up on me.

Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street? need a no parking any time sign on the 1000 block of W. 7th, north side of street in front of Bannaker School. Ord. 15.32.080 No Parking Zones. This last summer the sidewalk and wall on the 7th st side of Bannaker School was replaced, sign never put back. I am receiving complaints about the difficulty in traveling the street with cars parked on both sides.
