Mr Sowder phoned wanting to know how TCI can LIE about a survey being conducted concerning the recent channel change. He has two services, one in the city and one in the county. Citizen claims that snow plow killed her grass. Says street dept. came out and planted grass seed across the street for a similar problem but did not plant seed in her yard. Wants to know if we plan to do this before winter.

Dwayne Woods illegally hooked up his drain from his basement & is piping water into the street. He called Street Dept. to complain about the lefel of the street & Bob realized what he had done. See attached from Street Dept.
