Mrs. Stamcombe is concerned about the drainage at her property. She feels that the ditches and waterways installed by the City have increased the drainage problem, and may result in loss of property value , and/or damage to personal property improvements. (see attached letter)

Front door is now open, roof has holes in it, floor looks unsafe. Believe people are going in and out and may be living in here. Full packs of cigarettes and beer cans in here.
Garage/shed type structure with roof falling in, has two large metal doors. One of the metal doors is coming off the hinges and Ms. Worley is concerned that the wind will blow the door off and into the street possibly hurting someone. She also noted that the owner does not live there.

Has complaint about the work being done on W 7th St by American Utilities. He thinks that when they dig their trench, they will cut through the sewer laterals that lay along the route. CBU does not locate private laterals.

Ms. Angust stated the the property owner at 804 W. 7th Street (John Bavender) has placed metal fence post on the property line between his property and the City alley. Ms Angust stated that the post were not installed correctly and that the post lean into the alley, since then he has placed cement blocks around the post that she thinks encroach into the alley
