Brady complained about water in back yard. (There is a rock check dam in place). Also, Jeff Ellington said that a heavy rainfall had resulted in some water in his basement and thought it may be related to development north of his property

ditch on Sims Ln (west side) needs to be cleaned. North of Garden Lane (c3700), the prop owner has been filling the ditch w/ lawn clippings, South of Garden Lane, the prop. owner filled the ditch w/ dirt and seeded so it doesn't look like there was a ditch.
