this property is trashy all of the time. this complaint comes from the adjacent property owner. there are lots of cars some may be parked on the grass. in the summer the grass doesn't get mowed regularly.
lid to resident's can was blown down street & driven on by car; it was smashed. crew found lid, returned to can. crew wanted, for the record, this to be written in for address.
