Mr. Richard Clemmons, lives across street @ 1208 and called to complain about groundhogs all over 1205 and coming into his garage, he called animal control and they told him to call us, unless they enter his home. (?) At any rate he said the abandoned home has not been lived in for 10+ yrs and door is boarded up and he state looks like roof is caving at one corner.
