Contacted Duke about Duke's work order 26283867 on outage on N Walnut between East 9th and East 10th St. Someone had fallen due to the outage being over three months. Miss Rarey said Duke was rude and would not let her talk to a supervisor. Requested assistance from the City.
Caller did not know if it was 1015 or 1017 W Gourley Pike. Stated there has been a piece of furniture outside for a month.
