CUSTOMER WANTS SEVERAL STORM INLETS CLEANED WHEN IT RAINS.
Storm culvert is clogged.
Customer said that there are tree roots growing in sewer line and sewage is coming up from basement floor drain, toilet, and washer.
Bad sewer smell inside of the building.
Scooters are blocking the sidewalk on the northeast corner of Highland and 2nd St. Numerous complaints about misplacement at this location have been reported to Lime.
He reported this as a storm sewer issue at first and Tony E. told him all we could do is build up the berm to help keep the water from running into his garage. Mr Mcconnaughy called me and said that's not what he wants. He says the street dept. keeps patching the asphalt in the alley and now it is too high and that causes the water to drain into his garage. He wants the asphalt lowered from University St to his garage (he said about 20') so the existing rock berm he already has will keep the water out of his garage. I told him I would refer this to Street Dept.
Customer has a drainage problem Rain water running down the alley and going under his garage door.
We received a call from a woman concerned about eroding pavement around a drainage grate. She uses a wheelchair and expressed concerns about the hole being a safety hazard to her and to others. The exact location is the southwest corner of Southdowns Drive and Highland Avenue.
Complaint of a hole approximately 20 inches in diameter and 2-2 1/2 feet deep in the grassy area between the road and the sidewalk. She can see a pipe at the bottom of the hole. She said there used to be a cone on the hole but now it is just open.Located on the south side of the street in front of the IU Classroom building. Worried about small dog or child falling in the whole.
cars parked with no wheel stops, right up onto the sidewalk, also on grass areas
