Knee high grass, maybe an AirBnB, otherwise unoccupied. Yard never mowed.
Poison ivy, overgrowth, invasives.
Also trash in the yard as well as fence leaning into the alley.
Matt owns a property downstream of this 819 1/2 W Kirkwood that is experiencing drainage issues. The alley causes ponding back on his property.
There is a white sedan, Indiana license plate AEK322, illegally parked on West 4th & Waldron, partially blocking alley between two houses. It happens often.
